Golden, hand-sealed dim sims filled with seasoned chicken and designed for easy oven-baking. Supplied frozen in a 1.25kg bag, these ovenable chicken dim sims make a convenient finger food for parties, catering, school lunches or quick family meals. Bake from frozen on a lined tray at 200°C until crisp and piping hot (approximately 15–20 minutes), or shallow/deep-fry for a crunchier finish. Keep frozen at -18°C or below and cook thoroughly before serving. Ideal as a hot appetiser or snack, they pair well with sweet chilli, soy or mustard dips.
