Supplied in 25kg bags, this baker’s flour is suited to bread, rolls, pizza bases and other yeasted products where elasticity and oven spring matter. The lower ash level helps produce a cleaner crumb and colour, while robust protein content gives good mixing tolerance and stable fermentation — ideal for both artisan and high-volume commercial bakeries.
