A concentrated, food‑grade vital wheat gluten formulated for commercial baking and food production. Supplied in a 25 kg bulk bag, this ingredient boosts dough strength and elasticity to improve loaf volume, crumb structure and tolerance during mixing — ideal for bread, rolls, pizza bases, pasta and seitan production. It can also be used to increase protein content in processed foods and meat extenders.

Halal certified. Contains wheat gluten — not suitable for gluten‑free diets. Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours and moisture; keep bag sealed after use. Suitable for industrial and bakery use where consistent performance and high gluten content are required.
